The boys had all of last week off school and we had a little fun. However, having kids home in the middle of winter is not ideal.
Monday we ran errands and bought some accessories for our trailer. After using it a couple times I noticed some minor things lacking. Not super fun, but it got us out.
Tuesday John took off work and we took the boys to the natural history museum. It was wonderful, but my head was spinning by the time we left...too much information. Yeah, I remember feeling this way after museum hopping in NYC. After we took the boys to La Cocina.
Wednesday I took the boys to see Walking With Dinosaurs.
Thursday took the boys to BK to let them work off some energy on the playground.
Friday not much, C slept at grandma's and we took L to Cafe Zupas for dinner.
Saturday we took the boys to the Lego Movie, and relaxed on Sunday.
It was a good week, but hard since it was cold and all the neighborhood kids were in school. The break from the stress of homework was nice.
Onto term 5...may it go more smoothly then term 4.
