I had the best of intentions with this cake. It was for dad and Gina's birthdays. I ordered some snazzy fondant tools and everything....but they arrived a week late. Baby J proved his love of anything sugar and tore a HUGE chunk out of the cake whilst I was taking a sanity break, thus defeating the purpose of said break.
This is why I only try new things out on my family...if my product bombs at least they know what I am capable of. Now that I have all I need and I've watched a few dozen more YouTube videos, I'm giving it another go round next weekend. Wish me luck.
