This morning I ran about the greatest 22 miles ever up Emigration, then we spent the day at the reservoir with my family. My parents brought tons of pizza, chips and drinks. The boys spent hours in the kayak, and we all had a wonderful afternoon. This is one of the last truely warm days we have left and I'm so happy we made the trek out there.
