On Sunday I tried to be all artistic and make an awesome cake...and it was awesome until I had Carson carry it out to the car. Fyi, cake carriers are NOT meant to be held vertically. I did the best I could to doctor it up and decided I better take a pic before another disaster befell my cake. No matter how it looks, you just can't go wrong with ganache.
